The Best Places to Meet Women

Suppose you checked my other publications, I believe you already know what's my primary passion here and what I love to talk about. And as you are on this blog today reading my stuff, I am hoping that you discovered or will find some good information regarding the topic of my weblog. For now, after a good time period just spending on the net checking about free live cam I made a decision that I need to share my thoughts and findings with everybody. Stick with me, although I am not even sure where to begin...

You’re finally ready to meet women again. You’re finally ready to put yourself back out there. But where do you go to meet that special lady? Where do you go to finally connect with a girl on a whole new level?

Sure, you can do it as you always do and hit the bars. You can start pounding the pavement at the clubs and see if you can work your magic and hook up. Or you can do something different. You can step outside yourself and try something new.

So what’s it going to be? The same old story or will you choose to write a new chapter in your life. Will you choose to do something different to find the right girl in a different way?

Let’s take a look at the best places to meet women outside of the typical bar and club scene. Are you ready?

Then let’s do it…

Are You up for Some Home Repair Shopping?

You may not realize this, but a great place to meet women is in the home repair store. If you see a woman that catches your eye while shopping for home repair supplies, don’t hesitate to go up to her and ask her opinion.

Maybe you plan to paint your house in the near future, and you aren’t sure what color to paint a particular room. Ask the girl about different paint colors. Tell her you want a woman’s touch.

You never know where this conversation may lead. If she’s really interested, you can invite her back to your house so she can help you make all kinds of home repair decisions.

Who knows what will happen once you have her inside of your man cave? All kinds of cool things can happen. So don’t hesitate to chat up the hottie that you run into in the home improvement store. It could certainly be worth your while.

Are You Ready to Expand Your Mind?

And by expand your mind, I’m talking about visiting your local bookstore. This is another fantastic place to meet hot women. You’d be surprised how many beautiful women visit the bookstore each and every day. If you haven’t been there in a while, put your Kindle or iPad down and head out to the local Barnes & Noble for a change.

Here’s what you need to do inside the bookstore…

While you’re there, make it seem like you’re having a tough time deciding which books you should buy. Then when you see a beautiful woman walking through the aisles, stop her and ask her opinion. See if she has any recommendations that she can provide you. Make up any excuse to talk to her and ask her advice.

Let’s say you plan to go on vacation soon. Or maybe you just want to use it as an excuse even though you don’t have a trip coming up.

Tell this woman that you need reading material for your flight or train ride, car ride or whatever. Tell her you need to pass the time during your travels.

Explain the kind of reading you would normally do while on vacation, and see if she has a good recommendation for you.

Once you start talking to her, and she sees that you trust her judgment, you’ll have made a real impression on this woman. At this point, it’s a good time to ask for her phone number and tell her that you’d like to give her a call and go out once you get back from your trip.

This is a great way to start talking to women and you should head to the local bookstore every chance you get. You’d be surprised how many beautiful women you’ll run into while walking through the aisles. So definitely check it out today.

Next up…

Take a Class at the Local Community College

This should be a no-brainer, but guys tend to overlook community college all the time. But you know as well as I do that beautiful women are crawling all over the community college campuses all across America and even around the world.

Why waste this golden opportunity to meet a great chick?

Now there’s a couple ways you can approach this…

You can pique your curiosity and enroll in some classes, and once you’re there talk to the women on campus. Or you can act like you’re there to meet somebody – a guy friend – but you have to wait around for a couple of hours before he gets out of class.

It’s really up to you, but you’ll have a better chance at success if you’re actually enrolled in the college on some level.

Maybe you can take a yoga class, try your hand at painting or learn a foreign language. Enroll in a class that really interests you, you know what I mean?

This will also give you and this gorgeous girl something to talk about while you figure out a way to ask her out. Plus you need to get to know her, and she needs to get to know you and this is a great way to do it.

But it’s definitely not the only way. Let’s see what else we can come up with…

The Local Dog Park

Do you know how easy it is to meet women when you have a cute little dog that runs up to them, panting and shaking and looking for attention? It’s like shooting fish in a barrel my friend.

Whoever invented the local dog park is a genius. They may not have created it to meet women, but it is definitely a great place to hook up with a hottie.

But don’t walk around the dog park like a stalker. If you don’t have a dog yourself, borrow one from your neighbor or friend. It’s always best if you’re an actual dog owner yourself.

That’s about it guys…

Don’t hesitate to check out any of these places when it’s time to meet women. There’s no question in my mind that you’re bound to run into tons of gorgeous females looking for companionship.

Phone Chat City

In the case you saw my earlier blog posts, I think that you all surely know what is my primary focus here and what I like to talk about. And as you happen to be on my blog at this moment reading my stuff, I am hoping that you found out or come across some interesting ideas about the topic of my blog site. For this morning, after a good period of time spending over the internet researching about free trial phone chat I made the decision that I want to share my points and discoveries with every body. Stand by me, however I am not entriely confident where to begin...

Richard Spector knows firsthand the complex secret of scaring cats on a movie set. Above all, Spector is a singer. He's been doing it all his life and shares his musical gift on stage, on screen and even at corporate parties. Some of my stage credits include Fiorella, Brigadoon and The Yellowbrick Monologues. Those who cater to fetish needs often do well in this sort of business as they are a bit different than the average line. There are many ways to have a successful chat line for sex as long as you use a site that will help you get going in the business. If you are looking to start a Phonesex line, then you can so when you go to the right site. To learn more about getting a Phone sex line, go to Adult My Phone Site.

Again, it is important to look for the company that provides just what you are looking for. What About Party Lines? Party lines connect you to a group of people with similar interests. There are many different groups for different races (such as black phone chat) or religions (such as Christian phone chat).

One simple download to your mobile phone can have you connected to hundreds of guys wherever you go. The whole idea of gay apps is to pin point gay guys around you and to connect with them. Uploading a photo of yourself will maximise your chances of connecting with other guys. Blurry pics tend to fade into the background in the grid of online guys.

Even make them convinced what they are doing is not wrong. Let's face it parents we can't watch our teens every move, but there are ways to help prevent our teens from getting in over their head. Strangers look for ways to get at kids. It can be a man or a woman.

Wasn't that simple? Just to make sure, click on the tab that says Groups. Make sure that Google Talk is listed next to all the options under Forwards To. Now, go ahead and take a deep breathe and know that your issue is all taken care of.

They might appear reliable, however we may perhaps solely hope that we all know them effectively enough for them not to utilize this data for dangerous reasons. Another type of relationship service is through phone. For the rationale that mobile phone has change into widely out there, the phone courting service has dramatically grown over the past years. It is quicker, extra convenient, and relatively cheaper.

Preteens just often do not possess emotional maturity to aviod peer pressure to misuse their phones in ways that they think make them appear older or cooler School safety Most schools have rules about cell phones. Before purchasing your 12 year old a cell phone make sure that your child will not have it confiscated at school. Rules can vary . Some school ask students keep phones off during intructional times and other schools do not allow phones in on school property.

The type of talk that you will be engaged in will be very sexually explicit so you want to be sure that you have the right amount of privacy so that this is possible. No matter how often someone calls, you should not reveal any information to them about who you are. This is strictly an anonymous type of activity and you do not have to ever tell your real name, nor should you. When you use a third party site to get your phone line, you do not have to worry about your privacy being invaded at all.

Silly, but funny. The manipulation from the other person has already happened. Things your teen may have been told are you can live with me, I have a job already lined up for you, I love you please come here, your parents don't love you they just want us apart from each other, they just don't understand us and what we have. All these things and more can manipulate your child into thinking wow I should go this person really understands how I feel and they really do love me.

If you are looking to understand more with regards to Phone Chat City (Call 888-837-1020) you could Google on-line since there can be a lot of info out there.

Recently I did an interview with my friend, Edith. She and her husband got the Magic Jack phone and they are very happy with it. It is sad when I long for Jimmy Fallon to come back. Funny line -- About Michael Moore on the Larry King Show, "Michael Moore said that capitalism has proven that it has failed.

My headset is designed for talking back and forth through a chat like on Yahoo, so that might have been the wrong kind of headset; I just don't know about why I couldn't get the headphones/mic to work. It was easy to set up my voice mail. I just had to dial my number, then press 1234 and follow the prompts to set up my voicemail. The downside of the Magic Jack is that when the computer is off your phone won't work.

They have no intention of actually acting them out, but they excite them just the same. Often, the closest they will get to actually acting on the fantasy is through a phone sex line where they can safely reveal this information anonymously to someone else, who is also anonymous. This can provide for stimulation to that individual, allow them to explore this new realm while not worrying about shocking someone or causing any problems with their partner. Most of the Phone chat turns into sexually explicit conversation that you can learn to make a business off of if you have a line and know what you are doing.

Don't let your child have Internet access through the cell phone. Monitor the cell phone bill for calls to long distant numbers. King nodded and then asked him if he still keeps in touch with the rest of the cast of Roseanne." Live Lounge Chat Line -- 9 A spoof of those late night phone chat line commercials with Megan Fox telling you all about the friendly singles you'll meet, plus the various freaks who also will be dialing in. Each of the freaks is represented by cast members in funny clothes and poses, and the list ends with a very funny surprise.

Have been freshly out of a relationship but would want to be back on one? I received a phone call from my best friend but before I could answer it, it stopped ringing. You will be able to surf through profiles and then be able to leave messages for those who seem like the one for you. You can make money by chatting on the phone as long as you know what to say at the right time.

Woman Sues for $250,000 After Harrowing Duck Attack

Woman Sues for $250,000 After Harrowing Duck AttackS

Al Qaeda. The Ebola virus. Earthquakes. Tainted McDonald's meats. We know the dangers; we're prepared to be attacked. But there exists in this world an even more terrifying danger--one that we are just now beginning to become aware of.

Ducks. Seemingly innocent, fluffy, quacking ducks.

Cynthia Ruddell is seeking $250,000 in damages after a pet duck attacked her out of nowhere. Via The Christian Science Monitor, which as we know is the world's leading source of duck-attack related news:

Cynthia Ruddell, 62, of Washougal, Washington, was on her mother's property in Estacada, Oregon, about 25 miles southeast of Portland, when a neighbor's duck attacked her without provocation, according to the suit filed in Oregon state court last Friday. In her attempt to run away from the agitated waterfowl, Ruddell fell to the ground, breaking her right wrist and spraining an elbow and shoulder, the suit claims. The incident occurred in May of 2012. The complaint accuses the bird's owner, Lolita Rose, of failing to maintain control of her pet or "to warn or otherwise inform neighbors of her duck's dangerous propensity in attacking individuals."

The media was not informed of Ruddell's possible anti-bird affiliations or what her opinions on the Daffy Duck Fantastic Island movie were. These things may have provoked the duck's ire.

The duck was apparently put down after the incident, which is shitty because this poor duck would probably just have been better off living in a pond in the wild somewhere out in the middle of nowhere rather than being someone's "pet."

Ruddell's lawyer, Gregory Price, said it was his understanding that Rose had her duck killed after the incident. Rose could not be reached for comment on the case. Price said he expects the damages will ultimately be paid by Rose's insurance policy, but filing a lawsuit was necessary as a precaution because of continuing medical bills from a second surgery on his client's wrist and a two-year statute of limitations on such claims.

Frisky Q&A: Melanie Notkin, Author Of The Otherhood, On Women Who Want Children But Don’t Have Them Yet

The Otherhood: a growing population of educated, professional women in their 30s and 40s who have yet to find love or start a family. In fact, statistics show that almost 50 percent of American women are childless -- yet our society still isn't quite sure how to treat these women, placing all sorts of assumptions and opinions on them without truly understanding their decisions.

Enter Melanie Notkin, the successful founder of Savvy Auntie and a vocal representation of this demographic. Melanie's new book, Otherhood: Modern Women Finding A New Kind Of Happiness, is part memoir and part reflection, digging deep into world of these women and the challenges they face.

The Frisky: I have to admit, as somebody who met my husband at 18, got married at 25 and was pregnant at 26, you opened up my eyes to a whole other world. For the uninitiated, can you briefly explain what the Otherhood is?

Melanie Notkin: The women of the Otherhood are the daughters of feminism, those who expected to have the social, economic, and political equality our mothers were not born with but we also expected to have the husband and kids they did. But so many of us -- among the most well educated, most financially independent -- end up remaining single and childless as our fertile years wane.

One common misconception that you address in your book is that women who make it to their late 30s and 40s without getting married or starting a family have put off those things solely for their careers.

There are a number of misconceptions:

A) We're so-called "career women" as if we choose to pay the rent over finding love, [but] there are no 'career men." Men are not assumed to have made a choice. And we all know that most married mothers work. Having a career and living to one's potential through that career is not proof of eschewing love and marriage and motherhood.

And B) that we are "delayers." It's hard to find anything written about this cohort that doesn't subjectively assume they are delaying motherhood. In fact the US Census had a recent report that called this gen the "delayer boom," as if college-educated women banded together in a co-conspiracy to delay motherhood. We simply choose to be in a strong relationship -- often marriage -- before becoming mothers

Do you think that because women who decide to be child-free by choice are now more vocal/visible that the women of the Otherhood get lost in the mix somehow?

Yes, the Otherhood is the silent majority. There was a Gallup Poll from September 2013 -- after my book was done -- about how the desire among adults to have children has not changed since 1990. When they conducted a similar poll: 90 percent of adults of childbearing age (in this case through age 40) say they want to be parents: 50 percent are, 40 percent want to be and six percent are childfree by choice. The voice is louder but the data hasn't changed. I want to make it clear that I 100 percent defend and support the choice not to have children. But I also defend and support those who do [want children] and are assumed not to want them.

I really appreciated the fact that you kept bringing up the double standard when it came to men and women regarding dating.

Yes. Women are looked at as desperate -- and yet we want to find love, get married and have a baby with that man before it's too late. What's interesting is that men in their 40s begin to feel the same way. Our timing is off. Women mature earlier and want those things at a younger age.

You introduced me to a new term via your book: "infertile by circumstance." That was an eye opener to me because I hadn't thought about it like that before.

Thank you. Somehow, some people believe that only married women suffer the pain of childlessness. And single women don't. And the reason is ironically because they are not trying. Right .... we can't even get to the starting line because we are single. And we want to have a child within the context of marriage. Every month, we get our periods just like married women do. We have a loss. We have grief. And we grieve alone. We are not just grieving childlessness -- which would be enough, but we are grieving the loss of our life expectations, of our friends who move on without us, the loss of being recognized as a woman in society (because the Mom-opia has "woman" centered on "motherhood"), etc...

It's funny, I write a lot about how mothers are seen as solely that -- mothers. Many of us yearn to be seen less as these monoliths and more as complex women with a variety of attributes, with "mother" being only one aspect of our personality. Yet society sees anyone with kids as mother first, woman second. That line of thinking helps nobody: women with children, women without, etc ...

Right, but we also do it to ourselves. I love when women who were more fortunate in finding love, marriage and motherhood read Otherhood as it offers perspective on a huge cohort of sisters and friends and coworkers who live a different experience

New York City feels like a huge piece of your story. And it seems like a lot of the conversation -- particularly because it was honest discussion between you and your friends -- speaks to that NYC, professional, upper/middle class demographic. Have you found evidence of the Otherhood outside NYC at similar rates? Are those women dealing with similar challenges?

In a word: YES! The book is part memoir, and I live and work in New York City. I have women sending me letters from all over the U.S. and Canada pointing to page numbers where they jokingly ask how I was at that restaurant with them that night when they were talking to their girlfriends about the very same issue. The experience is universal. In fact, the book has been a big hit in the UK as well.

Another insight that I found interesting was that despite how fiercely independent on many levels the women of the Otherhood are, there's still a lot of discussion about desiring traditional gender roles in dating. Have you received any pushback to that notion?

No pushback. We are modern independent women looking for old-fashioned love and romance. We like men who are decisive and thoughtful. It's confusing, but we need a remix of the old with the new, with traditional roles and modern lives. There is great power in our femininity. We don't have to act like men to be equal to them. We were born equal to them. I found with every single woman I spoke with -- whatever her ethnicity, race, religion, background, etc. -- that the universal complaint and frustration is the man who cannot plan the date.

Somehow, feminism made us men's social secretaries. It's ironic. The matchmakers I interviewed said the same thing. Men got lazy and women let them.

So, the big question -- how do we fix this?

We have to stop being scripted with what we 'think' were are supposed to say, eg "I am 38 and single because I've been focused on my career" (when she knows she would have done anything to marry the last guy she loved). Or say yes to meeting him by his office because he doesn't know any places near hers. It's OK to be authentic about what works for you. Yes, "lean in" at work (and the women of the Otherhood lean in every single day because we have no choice as single-income earners) and re-learn how to lean back in dating and romance.

Male life coach answers women's biggest relationship questions for dudes

Woman asking question

The good news for women is that the way men think is often much simpler than they might have originally thought.

After coaching and working with hundreds of men and women dealing with relationship issues, some significant differences in the way the sexes have interpreted information have become crystal clear.

Remember, these answers don't make them right or wrong as it relates to you or what you look for in a man. They are offered to give you a peek into how the male brain works for a majority of them, but certainly not every one of them.

"What are men most attracted to in a woman?"

Many men have a lot of insecurities in general about being good enough. A kind, outgoing personality directed towards them can immediately take those insecurities away and as a result increase their attraction tenfold. This type of personality gives a man breathing room to be more authentic, forthright and themselves.

Sexual confidence in a woman is also attractive because it sends every bell and whistle off in a man's brain. This doesn't mean a woman should act overly sexual. This is about a confidence a woman carries and being able to exude a certain sexual energy in a classy way.

"What are your biggest fears or insecurities as it relates to your relationship with your partner?"

One major insecurity men have is not being able to be the provider in the relationship. This is where many men get a very big part of their sense of self. In order to help alleviate this fear, men in general want to feel like they are accepted and respected by their partner regardless of their financial situation. Just like pop culture can put huge pressure on women to look a certain way, it also puts a tremendous amount of pressure on men to demonstrate they can provide in a certain way.

A second insecurity is not being good enough sexually. A big part of a man's identity is found in knowing he pleases his partner sexually. Most, however, need to be told how. Always start by saying something like, "You know what would really feel good to me..." It's about creating a fun, open dialogue where each person finds satisfaction and is made to feel secure in their part of the experience.

A third insecurity is not being desired or wanted. Men want to be desired as much as women do. They want to know that their significant other is attracted to them and dedicated to staying together. Fears of this not happening can cause many men to withhold how they really feel in a sense of self-protection. It can cause them to be critical and condescending or it can cause them to be overly needy, jealous and stifling. Insecurity is a breeding ground for a lot of their needful or negative energy and behavior.

"Why is it so hard for most men to express their feelings?"

Raw emotional feelings are a sign of weakness to many men. This archetype or identity runs deep and when men feel insecure in the relationship their emotional wall can actually go up higher. This pent up emotion and concern can then end up coming out sideways as negative comments or just plain disconnect and avoidance.

What can help foster a more open and authentic dialogue is a secure, non-judgmental partner who provides them with a sense of trust or a safety zone to be able to offer how they really feel at the core. Many men want to share more of their feelings but just need that extra bit of confidence that their vulnerability is not going to be used against them.

Research Shows What Tactics To Use To Meet Someone Special

A few years ago the magazine Scientific American Mind discussed how we meet someone we marry, live with, or partner with (either short term or long term). Interestingly, some dating statistics presented in the article provided variations between the different relationship statuses and how we meet, and showed that it wasn't that different depending on how committed we were: the majority in all four scenarios meet through friends most of the time, with self-introduction and family members falling suit. Of course there were some predictable variations - such as short-term partnerships (i.e. casual relationships) meeting through self-introduction the most and family members the least - but I found the study results interesting.

In the article, writers Nicholas A. Christakis and James H. Fowler tackle the seemingly debate-ridden stance that meeting the love of our lives has less to do with randomness and chance, and more to do with social networks than anything else. Out goes the romantic notion that a 'happy accident' or fate pulling people together such as in many a romantic comedy. No, the stats are quite clear: if you want to find someone to partner up with, no matter what kind of relationship you are looking for, use your social networks.

But how about you? How did you meet your current, or last partner? Take the poll and let me know.

'Mad Men' Star January Jones' 10 Most Beautiful Instagram Pics!

See 'Mad Men' star January Jones' most stunning Instagram photos!

Mad Men is coming to a close, but thankfully, you won't have to say goodbye to Betty Draper (or Betty Francis, as it were) forever. January Jones joined Instagram pretty recently, and her posts are almost as colorful and entertaining as her dresses on the show -- and her dating history.

Jones keeps her private life pretty private, but the actress and former model has been linked to some of the biggest names in Hollywood.

She was rumored to be dating Adrien Brody before she was famous, and when Ashton Kutcher was still on That '70s Show from 1998 to 2001, he famously dated January Jones -- and she says he told her she should quit acting! (Hey, he's never really been known for his keen intellect, right?)

Jones next shacked up with now-troubled actor Nick Stahl from 2001 to 2002, followed by Jim Carrey and oil heir bad boy Brandon Davis, both in 2002. In early 2003, Jones reportedly dated Seann William Scott -- wonder how Ashton Kutcher felt about that? Soon, she moved on to Josh Groban, who she dated until 2006, followed by Tommy Alastra from 2008 to 2009. She was spotted canoodling with Jeremy Piven in 2010, then moved on to date Saturday Night Live-turned-movie star (and now Olivia Wilde fiance and future baby daddy) Jason Sudeikis from 2010 to 2011.

Jones' last relationship was with screenwriter Noah Miller from 2012 to 2013, though she was rumored to have hooked up with Liam Hemsworth while he and Miley Cyrus were still engaged (but on the rocks).

And, as the world knows, Jones famously had a baby boy, Xander Dane Jones, in September 2011 ... and has yet to reveal the father's name. The top five suspected baby daddies? Her X-Men: First Class director Matthew Vaughn, who's married to Claudia Schiffer and denies any affairs, as well as well as ex Sudeikis, X-Men: First Class co-star Michael Fassbender, actor Xander Berkeley and grillmaster Bobby Flay.

We can't tell what's prettier -- this dress or January Jones' face!

Does Love Really Last?

I've recently found myself fascinated with the concept of everlasting romantic love - although just writing that term makes me sound like a sappy single, instead of one truly dedicated to researching and determining if love shared throughout a lifetime really does (or can) exist. There's a lot of research surrounding the topic from a variety of viewpoints, and I've done my best to summarize it here. (see: Does Love Last?)

I can read until I'm blue in the face while the statistics swirl about in my head, and still feel confuddled as to what's what. I hope that I've been able to shed (a bit) of light on the subject in the aforementioned article, however I'd still like to hear from you, my dear readers. Do you believe that romantic love can last a lifetime? Why or why not?
